PODERM® HALLUX VALGUS PROTECTION – BUNION is composed of the patented PODERM® cushioning and protective gel concentrated with ARNICA as well as the breathable AIRFORM PODERM® fabric.

The PODERM® HALLUX VALGUS PROTECTION – BUNION perfectly fits the shape of the foot and forms protection at the deformation zone of the hallux valgus (1st metatarsophalangeal joint, commonly called “Bunion”). It immediately relieves pain, limits friction, distributes pressure and absorbs micro-shocks of the foot.

AIFORM PODERM® fabric is specifically designed to let the skin breathe, wick away perspiration and allow the natural ingredients of PODERM Gel to pass through. Its polyester fibers are both flexible and resistant to adapt to all types of soft shoes.
The patented PODERM® gel interior pad concentrated by ARNICA provides immediate comfort to soothe, soften and repair the conflict area. It prevents and promotes the disappearance of calluses and hard skin.
What is HALLUX VALGUS – BION? Hallux valgus, also commonly called “bunion”, is the most common pathology of the forefoot. This is a deformity of the metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe. Hallux valgus can be very painful, both at the joint and at the skin level.

Application :

The PODERM® HALLUX VALGUS PROTECTION – BUNION is worn directly against the skin, either on the right or left foot (turn the orthosis over). The protection adapts to all types of soft shoes.

The product is reusable. Wash the product by hand in lukewarm water and let dry. Do not use more than 16 hours/day. Do not apply to an open wound. Diabetics and people with blood circulation problems should seek the advice of a healthcare professional before use.
